Warping Machine
Winding is the first crucial process before weaving: a large number of single yarns are wound in parallel and neatly onto the warp shafts according to a fixed number, width and uniform tension. This directly determines the flatness, uniformity of the mesh holes and the breakage rate of the subsequent woven fabric. Both PET mesh and metal mesh must undergo winding before being put on the loom.

Weaving Loom
Weaving: After the warping process, the warp yarns on the loom are interwoven with the weft threads to form the PET mesh fabric. This is a core process that directly determines the uniformity of the mesh holes, tension, flatness, broken yarns, and weft skewness.

Water washing equipment
After PET printing screen fabric weaving is completed, the surface of the blank fabric is coated with weaving resins, oils, dust, and oil stains. The core function of water washing is to remove the sizing, oil, and impurities, preparing for the subsequent heat setting process; if the water washing is not thorough, it will cause the fabric to become sticky, have white spots on the surface, and result in poor ink penetration, directly affecting the customer's usage effect.

Heat setting equipment
Stenter (Stretching and Setting Machine)
Process flow: Washed and dried fabric → Stretching and heat setting → Air cooling and cooling → Unfolding and winding The PET mesh fabric undergoes weaving and washing, resulting in significant internal stress within the fibers. The heat setting process is the core step for locking the mesh size, controlling the shrinkage rate, and stabilizing the tension of the stretched mesh. The quality of the heat setting directly affects the count, width, heat shrinkage rate, and tension attenuation after winding of the GTR/PET1000 finished product. It is the most crucial post-processing equipment for high-end mesh production.

Testing equipment
Complete process: Patterned fabric after shaping → Online fabric inspection machine (full roll appearance inspection) → Laboratory sample testing (mesh count, filament diameter, thickness, heat shrinkage, net tension, breaking strength) → Post-cutting finished product re-inspection → Factory inspection report. High-end mesh fabric, both appearance defects and physical properties must be controlled. The key point for the customer's incoming material review is to look at this set of testing capabilities.
